Keith Allen Gaff, 72, of Columbia City, died at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at his home in Columbia City.

Born on July 21, 1951, in Noble County, Indiana, he was a son of the late Max S. and Kathryn E. (Hively) Gaff. Keith attended McClellan Elementary School and then attended Columbia City Joint High School and graduated from Snyder High School in 1969.

In 1983 Keith married Linda Madru. They made their home in Columbia City.  Linda died November 2022.

In 1972, Keith started work at DANA as a machinist for over 30 years, he then went to work at 80/20 as a driver and until 2007 he worked at Towerview Industries also as a driver.

Surviving are his children, Heather (Todd) Reid of Columbia City, Melanie R. (Jason) McClain of Spencerville, Rachael E. (Mike) Oddo of Palm Harbor, Florida, Sara L. (Kyle) Williams of West Lafayette, and Leaha M. (Ryan) Meinika of Columbia City; grandchildren; Hannah (Bryce) Geiger, Faith McClain, Grace McClain, Jacob McClain, Emily McClain, Andrew McClain, Tommy Oddo, Owen Oddo, India Williams, and Piper Meinika; great grandchild, Louie Geiger; brother, Ken Gaff, and his beloved dog, Nancy.

He was preceded in death by Max and Kathryn Gaff and his dog "Cheech."

The family would like to thank his special caregivers, Jessica, Jamie, Kaylee, Lora, Debbie and Lisa.

There will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
