Kirby D. Miller, 64, of Columbia City, died at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

He was born June 19, 1956, in Lagrange, Indiana, a son of the late Dale Miller. He grew up in the Shipshewana area and attended Westview School.

For the past several years he has been a resident of Columbia City.

There will be no services. Arrangements are Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
