Lilith Ann Mahon, the 13-month infant daughter of Eric T. and Taylor A. (Lude) Mahon, was taken to Heaven by Angels at 11:02 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2023, from Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

She was born on November 15, 2021, at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City, Indiana joining her older siblings, Zane, Fae, and Silas Mahon. Also, surviving is her maternal grandmother, Monica (Earl) Reed of Columbia City, and maternal grandfather, Kerry Lude of Cincinnati.

During her short time on earth, she left those close with her unforgettable smile and funny antics. She was her 2-year-old brother Silas's constant tail and is remembered for taking other's food.

The funeral service is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, with Pastor Tom Beers as the officiant. Burial to follow at the Greenhill Cemetery, Columbia City.

Visitation is from noon until the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
