Lorraina Kay Wallen, 58, of South Whitley, died on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 8:08 a.m. at her home in South Whitley.

She was born March 17, 1962, in Whitley County, Indiana, a daughter of Stanley Lee and Julia K. (Galloway) Cart. She graduated from Columbia City Joint High School.

On March 20, 1981, she married William Ollie Wallen.

Lorraina was a homemaker and an avid cook. She loved her garden and enjoyed canning.

She is survived by her husband, William; a son, Travis Wallen of Monticello, IL; a daughter, Kristy Geiger of Tarzana, CA; mother, Julia Cart; six grandchildren; two brothers, Timothy Lee Cart of Barronville, IL and Darold Lee Cart of North Webster.

She was preceded in death by her father.

There will be a celebration of life held at Troy Presbyterian Church on Saturday November 21st from Noon to 6 p.m.
