Norma Darlene Goble, 80 , of Albion, died peacefully at her home at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 6, 2022.

Born on February 24, 1941 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of the late Howard and Gladys (Listenberger) Johnson.

Growing up in Fort Wayne, she graduated from Elmhurst High School.

She carved out a long and illustrious career in bartending.

Norma enjoyed shuffleboard, fishing and camping and all things outdoors.

She was a member of VFW Post 4717, the American Legion, Eagles and the Navy Club.

Surviving is her companion of many years, Mike Collins; son. Douglas (Billie Jo) Myers of Columbia City; daughters, Tracie L. Chilcoat of Fort Wayne and Candra C. Canniff of Columbia City; and son, Christopher (Cynthia) Goble of Kimmell; step-son, Garland John Goble; step-daughter, Tammy Goble; 29 grandchildren; 34 Great grandchildren, and brother, Delbert Bickel.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Larry Myers, Garland John Goble and Marvin Canniff; sister, Phyllis Barney; daughter, Tammie Myers and grandchildren Randall and Jeramie Sturgill.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
