Tanner William Tisher , 26, of Columbia City, died on Saturday, July 13, 2024.

He was born to Lloyd W. Tisher IV and Sherry Lynn (Hubbard) Tisher in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on December 22, 1997.  He started high school at Central Noble, later moving to Columbia City High School, where he graduated in 2016.

Always enjoying the outdoors, he worked in the landscaping and general carpentry trades. From an early age, he wanted to help others and would assist with household chores or projects for family, friends, and neighbors. When not working, he liked to fish, hike, and camp. He was talented and skilled at pencil and pen drawing, producing cartoons and realistic animal sketches.

Gone too soon, he will be forever missed by his father, Lloyd Tisher, IV, of Columbia City; mother, Sherry (Scott) Craig, of Albion; siblings Thomas Tisher and Tyler (Chia-Chi) Tisher of Fort Wayne and Sarah (Ivan) Fuentes of Nappanee; paternal grandfather, Lloyd Tisher III; maternal grandmother, Sue Hubbard; step-grandparents, Mike (Hilda) Craig of Fort Wayne; nieces Amelia and Lina; and nephews, Apollo and Marcelo.

Honoring his joy in life, his ashes will be released to the outdoors.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are in the care of Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
