Thomas Owen Yates, the fetal child of Tyler T. and Samantha L. (Preston) Yates, passed into the arms of an Angel at 10:17 a.m. Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Although his physical presence and smile are unknown, he has indelibly touched the lives of his parents and family.

Additional survivors are his maternal grandparents, David and Lori Preston of Kendallville, and paternal grandmother, Penny Yates of Columbia City.

The care of Thomas is entrusted to Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
